Justice and Fairness, to God's Standards.

God asks us to be just and fair in our human relationships (see Psalm 15:2). But there is also a higher standard-to be right with God, without blame, spiritually correct. Men and women must learn in their lives to understand what is right and to do it. This knowledge comes only from God. "The ordinances of the Lord are sure and altogether righteous." (Psalm 19:9).

It is the duty of men and women to try to attain God's high standards: "Lord, who may dwell in your sanctuary? …He whose walk is blameless and who does what is righteous…." (Psalm 15:1-2).

Abraham trusted God and believed that God was right in all things. The apostle Paul writes about Abraham: "…being fully persuaded that God had power to do what He had promised. That is why 'it was credited to him as righteousness.'" (Romans 4:21-22).
