3. The restoration of the world

The restoration of the Jewish nation will be linked to the renewal of the whole world. In the prophetic Psalm 2, God addresses His Son Jesus Christ: "Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession: You will rule them with an iron scepter…." (Psalm 2:8-9).

The "times of refreshing" referred to by the apostle Peter (Acts 3:17-21), are for God's people out of all nations.
