2. Holy Spirit inspires God's word.

God speaks to man through His inspired servants the prophets, or, in these times, through the written message of the inspired Bible: "We have the word of the prophets made more certain, and you will do well to pay attention to it…. no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet's own interpretation. For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit." (2 Peter 1:19-21).

"...the holy Scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God." (2 Timothy 3:15-16, KJV).
